1) About this Site

This Site provides information about our open-source project and optional business services (e.g., consulting/support). The Site is provided as-is for general information.

2) Open-source license controls the code

Our software is licensed under MIT as published in our GitHub repository: https://github.com/eclaire-labs/eclaire. These Site Terms do not alter the MIT License. Your use of the code is governed solely by that license.

3) Business solutions

Any paid consulting or support you purchase from us will be covered by a separate written agreement. These Terms apply only to the Site.

4) Acceptable use

Don't misuse or interfere with the Site (e.g., probing, scraping, reverse engineering, overloading, introducing malware). We may suspend or restrict access for suspected abuse.

5) Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites (e.g., GitHub, docs). We aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

6) Intellectual property & trademarks

Site content (excluding open-source code) is owned by Eclaire Labs or its licensors. Our name and logo are our trademarks—don't use them without permission, except for fair use.

7) No warranties (Site)

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement).

8) Limitation of liability (Site)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits/revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Note: This section does not limit your rights or our responsibilities under the MIT License for the software.

9) Export & compliance

You must comply with applicable laws when using the Site, including export control and sanctions rules.

10) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore (without regard to conflict-of-law rules). Courts located in Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, except where local law gives you non-waivable rights.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll post changes here and update the Effective date above.
